Enrollment Instructions

  1. Click Online Banking Log On on the home page.
  2. At the Log In screen, click the New User button.
  3. You’ll be taken to the First Time Log In page.
    This is where the system will determine if you are a customer by requiring you to enter some specific information.
  4. You must complete all fields that contain an asterisk (*).
  5. Enter an existing account number in the Account Number 1 field.
  6. Identify the account type in the Account Type 1 (use the drop down menus).
  7. The Password is preset to accept the last four digits of your social security number.
  8. Click on Terms and Conditions for important information about your account.
  9. Once you have completed all of the required fields, click on Submit
  10. Customize your identification codes by entering new ones.
    Your Access ID must be at least 6 digits and/or characters in length. It does not have to be an account number.
    This entry cannot be changed – ever – so choose wisely!
  11. Enter a New Password (The last 4 digits of your social security number will not be accepted. You must customize a new password at this point. This must be at least six (6) characters, contain alpha, numeric, uppercase, lowercase and a special character.
    This password can be changed at your discretion.)
  12. Confirm New Password by retyping the password selected above.
  13. Click on Submit.
  14. Enter your Security Data – Email Address, Pass Phrase, Choose 3 challenge questions and answer them. All security data including the image may be changed at your discretion.
  15. Click on Submit.
