BILLMATRIX NEXT IMPLEMENTS MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION:
Effective Monday, February 8, 2020, BillMatrix Next will be implementing multi-factor authentication as an added layer of security to prevent access from unauthorized users.
BillMatrix Next users will experience a new login process:
- When a BillMatrix Next user enters their login credentials, the system will display a dialog box stating a one-time passcode needs to be used to proceed.
- Once the user clicks on the “Continue” button, the system will send a passcode to the e-mail address in the BillMatrix Next system.
- After the code is entered (from the e-mail received) and the user designates whether to authorize the device for future use, the user will be logged into the BillMatrix Next system.
- Please note that you cannot copy/paste the passcode from the e-mail into the passcode field, it must be entered manually.
Payment Processing Cut-Off Times:
It’s simple to make payments to your BofGB Loan. Payments made before 3 PM EST (Monday – Friday) are posted on the same day. Payments made after 3 PM EST (Monday – Friday) and on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the following business banking day. Recurring payments that fall on a weekend or holiday will be processed and posted to your accounts on the previous business day.
Introducing BillMatrix® Next – BofGB’s New Loan Payment Platform
Customers who have set up automatic or recurring payments will need to set up the payments in the new system. Information will not be automatically transferred to BillMatrix® Next.
BillMatrix® Next allows users to make payments as a Guest or as a Registered User. Registered users will not incur a convenience fee when making payments through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and have the option to make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments. Guest users can make one-time payments.
A new phone payment option is also available.

NEW PAYMENT OPTION AVAILABLE
The Bank of Glen Burnie now offers customers the option to make your loan payments over the phone using an automated payment system. Payments can be made through an EFT from your checking or savings account or by using a Visa® or MasterCard® Debit Card. There is a $2.50 Convenience Fee for each phone payment transaction.
