BillMatrix® Next allows users to make loan payments as a Guest or as a Registered User. Registered users have the option to make one-time payments or set up automatic recurring payments. Guest users can make one-time payments.

Multi-Factor Authentication

BillMatrix® Next uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) as an added layer of security to prevent access from unauthorized users.

Log in Process

  • When a BillMatrix® Next user enters their login credentials, the system will display a dialog box stating a one-time passcode needs to be used to proceed if there isn’t an unexpired cookie from a previous MFA authentication.
  • Once the user clicks on the “Continue” button, the system will send a passcode to the e-mail address in the BillMatrix Next system.
  • After the code is entered (from the e-mail received) and the user designates whether to authorize the device for future use, the user will be logged into the BillMatrix® Next system. If the passcode has expired, select “Request a new passcode” to receive a new one-time passcode.
  • Please note that you cannot copy/paste the passcode from the e-mail into the passcode field, it must be entered manually.

Payment Processing Cut-Off Times

It’s simple to make payments to your BofGB Loan. Payments made before 3 PM EST (Monday – Friday) are posted on the same day. Payments made after 3 PM EST (Monday – Friday) and on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the following business banking day. Recurring payments that fall on a weekend or holiday will be processed and posted to your accounts on the previous business day.

The Bank of Glen Burnie now offers customers the option to make loan payments over the phone using an automated payment system. Payments can be made through an EFT from your checking or savings account or by using a Visa® or MasterCard® Debit Card.

Payments made before 3 PM EST (Monday – Friday) are posted on the same day. Payments made after 3 PM EST (Monday – Friday) and on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the following business banking day.
